Many times people need a safe sounding board to be able to process their thoughts and emotions and can come to the next steps themselves in the process. While we have some experience, skill set, and education, we do not have context for each person. I want to understand the context in order to understand potential next steps. ​We believe that my first role is to listen and that provides a great foundation for a contextualized investment in each person and ministry.
